Virtualaw OS is a working system, not a product for sale. This page describes what it is and what it does, because a firm considering an engagement deserves to see the reference.
One install holds the whole practice.
Matters, clients, documents, communications, and KPIs live in one place. A lead becomes a matter. The matter carries its documents, its signatures, and its messages. The numbers roll up to a dashboard the owner actually reads. Nothing is copied between tools, because the tools all read and write the same records.
The AI proposes. The attorney approves.
The agent works inside the practice under a risk framing that is architecture, not a setting.
Runs under playbooks
Routine actions run under playbooks an attorney approved. Every action is logged in an append-only record that cannot be edited after the fact.
Waits for the attorney
Anything novel or client-facing waits in an approval queue with the reasoning shown. Nothing goes out without a lawyer deciding it should.
Blocked outright
High stakes actions are blocked. It never moves money, because that capability does not exist. The agent runs on the firm’s own model key.

Each component is its own plugin, wired into the same spine. They load in as you arrive; select one and its screen turns on.

Every matter starts as a form. Intake, screening, and the first data a file ever holds, captured once and passed down the spine.
FluentCRM
The client record and the pipeline. Every contact, every message, every stage a matter moves through, kept on the firm’s own server.
FluentBoards
Each matter is a card with a stage, an owner, and a deadline. The board is the operating picture of the whole practice.
FluentBooking
Consultations and internal time, booked against real availability. The calendar answers so the inbox does not have to.
FlowMattic
The wiring. A form lands and a matter opens; a document signs and the file moves. Every automation is visible and editable from the dashboard.
Fetcher
Document collection that follows up by itself. Clients get a checklist and a portal with no password to lose, and reminders go out until the file is complete.
Executer
Documents assembled from the firm’s templates and sent for signature, with reminders that keep going until the signature lands.
Dispatcher
Two-way SMS between the firm and its clients, run under written playbooks. Opt-in on record, STOP honored, every thread archived to the matter.
VirtuaVox
The firm’s voice line with an AI attendant that answers, routes, and takes structured messages. It never gives legal advice; it takes the call so a person can.
Preparer
Government PDFs turned into guided interviews. The form fills itself from plain answers, and the attorney reviews before anything is filed.
Convener
Client video meetings in the firm’s own branded rooms. The client gets a link and joins from the browser.
Collecter
Invoices from sent to paid. Status at a glance, reminders on a schedule, and a paid stamp that closes the loop.
